location good if you want to shop which is what we went there for two room cards, so you can keep the air con on when your not there! rooms small so air con keeps it nice and cool. staff is accommodating when you need something

We arrived at the hotel at 0900 and the staff let us check in as the room is available. Staff are all friendly and I love the hospitality. Location is good if you want to shop til u drop at pratunam.
